INDUSTRIAL 


Bronwyn Scrivens, Vice President, JLL

Bronwyn has 10 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in acquisitions, dispositions and leasing of industrial assets around the greater Edmonton region and province of Alberta. At JLL, Bronwyn focusses on integrated solutions for industrial owner/user businesses who are looking to improve operational efficiency through functional on and off market industrial facilities. She also works actively to find solutions for landlords and developers with individual assets or portfolios through prospecting, marketing and consultation to improve returns, stability and longevity within their portfolios. She has represented international, national and local Tenants and Landlords, Purchasers and Vendors, as an exclusive agent culminating in millions of dollars of value for her clients.

Bronwyn began her education at the University of Alberta School of Business, before completing her undergraduate degree at Cornell University in Hospitality and Facilities Management with a Major in Commercial Real Estate studies. Bronwyn also previously worked through the NYU Certificate in Real Estate Development and completed the NAIOP Advanced Certificate of Commercial Real Estate Development. Prior to her current role, she worked as a commercial real estate lender at Canadian Western Bank, before finding her calling in industrial real estate brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield.

Bronwyn prides herself on her strong industry involvement and online business presence. Recent industry involvement includes: NAIOP Edmonton Board of Directors (2018-2021), NAIOP Edmonton Chair of the Developing Leaders Committee (2018-2021), NAIOP Corporate CRE.Converge Committee (2020), CREW Edmonton Chair of the Breaking Ground Gala (2022), NAIOP Corporate Developer of the Year Award Committee (2022) and Chair of the NAIOP Edmonton Education Committee (2023) & CREW Education Committee (2023).

Recent industry awards include: NAIOP and Prologis Diversity in Commercial Real Estate Award (2018), Canadian Outstanding Young Leader in Commercial Real Estate Award (2019) and CREi Awards for Top 50 Influential Women in Commercial Real Estate and Top 150 Linkedin CRE Influencers (2022 and 2023), RBC Top Female Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year 2023 Nominee.

Bronwyn spends her spare time writing a monthly commercial real estate blog and producing a weekly commercial real estate vlog, playing hockey, horseback riding and traveling the world whenever possible.

Cory Wosnack, Principal, Managing Director, Avison Young

With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Cory Wosnack is a Principal and Managing Director at Avison Young. As one of the province's most active real estate advisors, Cory has  completed many of the industry’s most influential transactions. Cory has been a member of Avison Young’s Circle of Excellence ten times ‐ a distinction awarded to the firm’s top performers worldwide.

As a member of Avison Young’s Global Executive Committee, Cory has been honoured to help in the implementation of the firm’s strategic plan during its most transformative years, becoming the world’s fastest growing real estate services company.

Cory has a never-ending passion to be involved in community and not-for-profit organizations. Recent board appointments include the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, the Mental Health Foundation, and NorQuest College.


INVESTMENT


Adam Kilburn, Executive Vice President, Capital Markets, JLL

Adam is a member of the National Capital Markets team and is the Practice Leader for Alberta Capital Markets. He is responsible for advisory and transaction services in the Edmonton market and across Western Canada.

Adam brings almost 20 years of Commercial Real Estate brokerage experience with him to JLL, coming from a national brokerage firm where he was Senior Vice President of Capital Markets for Edmonton. Adam has concluded over $3.0 Billion in sales transactions to date acting for both sell and buy sides of the transaction. Adam manages a team of associates and focuses on valuation, acquisition and disposition of investment grade real estate throughout the Prairie Provinces of Western Canada and works with Pension Funds and Advisors, REIT's and REOC's and Private Equity investors who invest in Canadian Real Estate.


RETAIL


Devan Ramage, Associate, Cushman & Wakefield

Devan Ramage is an accomplished real estate professional specializing in retail leasing and landlord representation with Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton. Since joining the Retail Division in 2018, he has completed or been directly involved in approximately 100 transactions, representing over 250,000 SF and totaling more than $40,000,000 in value.

Devan has developed trusted relationships with a wide range of local and national landlords and developers, including 76 Group, Allard Developments, Anthem, Cameron Developments, Choice Properties, Elite Developments, First Capital, Melcor, and many others. His strong understanding of Alberta’s evolving retail market allows him to deliver strategic, results-driven solutions tailored to client goals.

Devan holds a Diploma in Business Administration, Major in Marketing from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). A lifelong Edmontonian, he combines his deep local knowledge with a collaborative, client-first approach.

In his spare time, Devan enjoys travel, frequenting local coffee shops, and visiting new/unique restaurants.
