Sheldon Bos, CIP is a Chartered Insurance Professional with more than 25 years of experience in commercial insurance, underwriting, operations management, and brokerage ownership. Known for his practical, client‑focused approach, Sheldon has built his career supporting organizations across Western Canada ranging from small businesses to large, multi‑location enterprises by helping them understand the nuanced commercial insurance landscape, assess and plan for future risks, and strengthen their insurance and risk mitigation strategies.
Sheldon currently serves as a Client Executive with NFP Canada, where he advises clients on commercial insurance and risk management strategies tailored to industries such as hospitality, restaurants, hotels, multi-occupancy retail centres, commercial and industrial real estate, construction, and property managers. His work combines technical expertise with hands‑on business experience, positioning him as a trusted advisor to executives, owners, and operational leaders.
Prior to joining NFP, Sheldon held multiple senior leadership roles, including Regional Management, Brokerage Partner, Director of Commercial Insurance, and Director of Operations at several Alberta and Manitoba insurance organizations.
