As the final event in the District Energy Series, this exclusive experience at the Downtown District Energy Initiative (DDEI) offers operations managers, building engineers, and their teams a behind-the-scenes look at the system as it starts its second winter season. Designed to move from theory to real-world application, this session brings the “how” to life through a guided, on-site experience.
Participants will gain firsthand insight into how the system operates, the efficiencies it delivers to the three buildings connected (Winspear, Century Place and Chancery Hall), and the measurable emissions reduced. Through a pre-tour briefing and immersive facility tour, attendees will understand how the system works and how their buildings can connect to the network.
Hear directly from project partners and building representatives, and take part in a technical Q&A to address outstanding questions around connectivity, operations; and long-term performance.
