Make an impact with our Enterprise Risk Services team as a Senior Consultant. This diverse team of professionals utilizes leading-edge industry knowledge to assist clients in mitigating risk.

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with strong business acumen and expertise in internal audit, governance, and process improvement. This role requires a professional who can combine technical knowledge with strategic thinking to deliver value-added insights and business cases that drive efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities 

• Lead Internal Audit Engagements: Plan, execute, and deliver internal audit projects, internal controls assessments, and governance reviews.
• Advise on Risk & Controls: Provide guidance on governance, risk management, and internal control best practices.
• Business Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and lead process optimization initiatives.
• Develop Business Cases: Analyze data and prepare compelling business cases to support strategic decisions.
• Policy & Framework Design: Create and implement policies, procedures, and control frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.
• Enterprise Risk Management: Support risk identification, assessment, and reporting activities.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
• Stay Current: Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to enhance service delivery.
• Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel as required for client engagements.

Skills And Experience 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Designation: Professional certification required. CIA preferred with other designations considered an asset.
• Experience: 2–5 years in internal audit, governance, risk management, business process improvement, or policy development.
• Business Acumen: Ability to analyze operations and develop actionable business cases.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with experience mentoring and managing teams.
• Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
