Project Manager - Disaster Restoration

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Restoration Project Managers to oversee large-loss disaster restoration projects. In this role, you will lead complex restoration projects from initial scope through to completion, working closely with property owners, insurance adjusters, and insurers to deliver high-quality results—on time and on budget.

This is a senior-level role ideal for candidates with strong estimating experience and a proven background managing multiple restoration files.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope and estimate restoration projects (fire, water, mould, etc.) using Xactimate and related tools
• Manage multiple large-loss projects simultaneously from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to meet timelines and quality standards
• Monitor budgets, job costing, and profitability to meet target margins
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and insurers throughout the project lifecycle
• Resolve issues, delays, and client concerns professionally
• Develop relationships with adjusters and property managers to generate new business

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Restoration Project Manager
• Strong experience with large-loss claims preferred
• Proficiency in Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Encircle, Microsoft 365
• Strong estimating, budgeting, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Established relationships within the insurance/restoration industry

Note: This is not an entry-level position. Only qualified restoration project managers will be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
