Job and Internship Board sponsored by

Project Coordinator (Tenant Improvements)

Your new company

You'll be joining a well-established commercial real estate owner with a significant portfolio of commercial properties across Edmonton. This is a team that takes culture seriously; low turnover, strong tenure and a genuine commitment to developing people from within. If you're looking for a place where mentorship is real and not just something on a website, this fits.

Your new role

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you'll be the engine behind smaller tenant improvement projects (under $25K). You'll be owning them from initial scope review through to close-out. On larger capital projects, you'll be the support that keeps everything running; coordinating permits, site access, scheduling, contractor compliance, and documentation. You'll be on site regularly, in the meetings and in the details.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll have 2-4 years of experience in a coordination or admin role within commercial construction or real estate project delivery. Strong knowledge of TI's and buildouts is key to this role as you'll be running smaller projects and supporting on larger. You're organized, you follow through and you communicate clearly with trades, tenants and consultants alike. Yardi experience is a bonus, and you'll need to be eligible for a Government of Canada Reliability Clearance.

What you'll get in return

You'll receive a base salary of up to $85,000, solid benefits package, 3 weeks vacation, RSP matching, downtown parking and a host of other perks. This is a role with real exposure. If you want to grow in the CRE industry, you'll have the portfolio and the people around you to do it.

What you need to do now

If this sounds like the right move, send your resume to david.little@foresightrg.com or apply directly through this posting.
