Office Administrator

Based in Edmonton and with an enviable track record of growth over 30 years, Westcorp is a comprehensive real estate development, investment and management company specializing in residential, retail, office, hospitality and mixed-use properties. We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team, working out of our Edmonton office.

The Office Admin will assist with the implementation of the day-to-day operations of reception duties, and AP/AR support. Our office admin carries out responsibilities such as helping with employee relations, event planning, finance duties, and multi-department administration.

Primary Key Responsibilities

    • Manage telephone and walk-in traffic at our reception area. Distribute mail and keep stationery supplies current and replenished.
    • Oversee the office operations by ensuring common areas are well maintained and stocked appropriately. This includes the kitchen/lunchroom area. 
    • Drop off notices and run corporate errands when required. 
    • Pick up/drop off mail parcels and prepare courier packages.
    • Maintains effective communication with all team members and assists the leadership team with administrative tasks and reporting.
    • Assists with administrative functions within the operations and finance department.
    • Use technology currently in place to upload payables and receivables into our system. Reconcile corporate credit cards and seek approvals for processing.
    • Act as an onboarding specialist and welcome all new employees to our organization by walking them through our payroll and employee playbook functions.
    • Assist with all other day-to-day efficient operations of the office


Required Skills and Abilities

    • Must have intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Excel
    • 3+ years of Administration experience
