The HR Business Solutions Manager will oversee the SAP SuccessFactors HCM system and support other integrated HR technology solutions from a strategic business perspective. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective practices, maximizing system utilization, providing training, supporting new system enhancements, and driving ongoing adoption. The position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with stakeholders for project implementation, ongoing support, reporting and analytics, process optimization, and true system ownership from a business perspective. The HR Business Solutions Manager will have decision-making authority to ensure the systems align with organizational goals and objectives.
