Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000/yr

TAG Developments is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to play a key role in our growing portfolio. This position offers hands-on experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, from lease administration to land development and build-to-suit projects. What You’ll Do

• Leasing & Deal Execution: Prepare and manage Offers to Lease, lease agreements, and related documentation to support deal flow.
• Tenant & Broker Relations: Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and brokers, helping to match businesses with the right spaces.
• Marketing & Brand Development: Design leasing brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials using InDesign to showcase TAG’s properties.
• Market Intelligence & Financials: Track industry news, analyze lease deals, and complete Net Effective Rent (NER) calculations.
• Collaboration & Development:
  • Work closely with property management to understand tenant buildout timing and improvement costs.
  • Work with our land development team on build-to-suit requirements and land sales to end users.
• Industry Engagement: Attend industry events to network with brokers, tenants, and other real estate professionals while staying informed on market trends.

What You Bring

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field (real estate, business, marketing, finance, or urban planning preferred).
• Experience in commercial real estate, leasing, property management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with InDesign or marketing software is an asset.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated mindset with a willingness to take ownership of projects.
