Commercial Foreman Plumber

Our plumbers are Alberta-certified journey people, and our apprentices are registered. All of our plumbing and heating technicians are experts in troubleshooting, best practices, and maintenance.

Ram Mechanical is hiring for our skilled Construction Trades Team. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Foreman Plumber to lead crews on commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for supervising field staff, coordinating installations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and lead a team up to 10 trades.

· Site lead hand experience.

· Execution and planning experience.

· Coordinate daily site activities and workflow.

· Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

· Ensure all work complies with Alberta plumbing codes and safety regulations

· Plan material requirements and manage site inventory.

· Liaise with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.

· Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control.

· Enforce company safety policies and participate in toolbox meetings.

Qualifications:

· Journeyman Plumber

· 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience.

· Foreman or supervisory experience.

· Experience with commercial/multifamily projects.

· Experience managing subtrades.

· Strong knowledge of commercial systems (hydronic heating, drainage, water distribution, etc.)

· Strong communication and leadership skills.

· Clean Class 5 driver’s license.

· Able to provide/pass clear criminal background check.

· Holds current CSTS/WHMIS or is willing to obtain.
