BOMA Industry Series: STOK Collaborative Project Delivery Presentation

As the commercial real estate industry continues to navigate decarbonization, collaboration has become one of the most effective tools for delivering high-performing, sustainable buildings. Join STOK for an insightful presentation exploring how collaborative project delivery can help building owners, managers, consultants and contractors achieve ambitious carbon reduction goals while managing costs, reducing risk and improving long-term building performance.

Presenter

Shafraaz Kaba is a recovering architect who has been working in the built environment for 27 years. He is currently facilitating the creation of high-performance, regenerative buildings with STOK. A Lean Black Belt apprentice, Shafraaz believes a culture of continuous learning is essential to delivering exceptional project outcomes. He is currently leading collaborative delivery projects in Vancouver and his hometown of Edmonton, helping project teams create innovative, sustainable and high-performing buildings.
