Drawing on real-world experience, the presentation will feature Edmonton's Okimaw Peyesew Kamik (King Thunderbird Centre) as a case study, demonstrating how collaborative delivery contributed to improved energy performance and reduced carbon emissions. Shafraaz Kaba is a recovering architect who has been working in the built environment for 27 years. He is currently facilitating the creation of high-performance, regenerative buildings with STOK. A Lean Black Belt apprentice, Shafraaz believes a culture of continuous learning is essential to delivering exceptional project outcomes. He is currently leading collaborative delivery projects in Vancouver and his hometown of Edmonton, helping project teams create innovative, sustainable and high-performing buildings.
