The Government of Alberta is seeking stakeholder engagement on review of the Land and Property Rights Tribunal, which is the group of people at the provincial level who review and make decisions about appeals of commercial and industrial properties.
The Government of Alberta is seeking stakeholder engagement on a proposed legislative (Municipal Government Act) change that would allow municipalities the option of taxiing properties instead of businesses to fund Alberta’s Business Improvement Area (BIA).
We'll also provide a quick update on other upcoming events and current issues.
