Low carbon training for building operators
Building owners and managers have a critical role to play for low-carbon buildings, to ensure both building assets and their occupants are protected.
As investor demands grow, and building codes and regulations rapidly change, Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Canada is offering “The Pathway to Net Zero: Decarbonization for Building Operators”, a free low-carbon training course designed to provide a foundational understanding of low-carbon building operations tailored to asset owner and Canadian regulatory needs.
Participants will gain an understanding of building performance, decarbonization concepts, and strategies. They will also learn the specific role of building operators in implementing low-carbon strategies, learning how to apply these strategies to buildings under their management and care.
