With over 30 years’ green experience as a key relationship builder and client focused problem solver; Tanya has a solid understanding of industry issues with knowledge from diverse perspectives. Tanya ensures the team is apprised of all complexities and fast-paced changes of sustainability and green building, showcasing Stantec as a leader in the industry. Tanya considers the triple bottom line when applying the lens of sustainability and offers a unique perspective that resonates with shareholders, tax payers, and clients.

An accomplished and agile strategist, her focus includes shaping growth, innovation, marketing, and sales initiatives, targeting sustainability, community benefits, building performance, and public policy. I am known to be a high-energy, hands-on team builder and have been an active representative at board, executive and industry association levels.
Brandy brings extensive experience leading sustainability-focused initiatives across Canada including building the business case for green communities and buildings in lockstep with market and stakeholder engagement.
