The Education Leadership Masterclass Series builds on the foundational skills from the Education Leadership Excellence Series: Core Skills for Leading People and Teams. Designed for previous participants, this series focuses on advanced Triage Leadership principles to enhance leadership effectiveness. Through interactive sessions, leaders will develop skills in continuous improvement, effective communication, and team dynamics, empowering them to drive meaningful change in their educational environments. These practical insights will equip participants with the tools needed to elevate their leadership journey.

Please note that the Leadership Masterclass Series is only open to those who have completed the Leadership Excellence Series (Sessions 1 to 3).

The Leadership Masterclass Series is a three-session series. Registration is required for the entire series; individual session attendance is not available. The $375 registration fee covers all 3 sessions.
