The Laurent and Eleanor are a thoughtfully designed two-tower development in Garneau. The Laurent tower is a stylish purpose-built student rental with dedicated graduate student spaces. TOUR TIMELINE

• 10:45am: Coffee and cookies in the lobby of the Laurent Building. Access is located on the west side of the building facing 112 street
• 11am-12pm: Building Tour
• Optional lunch to follow at Earls Kitchen + Bar (Campus Tower Location).

PARKING

Street parking is available within the community or a surface parking lot across the street from the Laurent Building. Access to this lot is on 85th avenue, not 86th avenue.
