OFFICE 
Fahad Shaikh of Colliers specializes in office leasing and sales in the Edmonton market. Known for his client commitment and superior knowledge of the market place. INDUSTRIAL 
Bronwyn Scrivens is an Associate on the Industrial Team at Omada Commercial, beginning her brokerage career with Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton in 2014.  She has represented international, national and local Tenants and Landlords as an exclusive agent, culminating in millions of dollars of value for her clients.
Bronwyn began her education at the University of Alberta School of Business, completing her undergraduate degree at Cornell University in Hospitality and Facilities Management with a Major in Commercial Real Estate studies.  Bronwyn also previously worked through the NYU Certificate in Real Estate Development and completed the NAIOP Advanced Certificate of Commercial Real Estate Development.

INVESTMENT 
Adam Kilburn brings 12 years of Commercial Real Estate Brokerage experience with him to JLL, coming from a national brokerage firm where he was Senior Vice President of Capital Markets for Edmonton. Adam has concluded over $1.5 Billion in sales transactions to date acting for both sell and buy sides of the transaction. Adam manages a team of associates and focuses on valuation, acquisition and disposition of investment grade real estate throughout the Prairie Provinces of Western Canada and works with Pension Funds and Advisors, REIT's and REOC's and Private Equity investors who invest in Canadian Real Estate.

RETAIL 
Alison Hansen-Carlson with Avison Young, partnered with Arlyn Stoik in 2016, having previously worked with one of the largest investors/developers of commercial real estate in Alberta. Alison's strengths lie in her attention to detail, meticulous time management/organizational skills, and ability uncover operational efficiencies in the day-to-day workings of one of the Western Canada's leading commercial real estate advisory teams.
Alison has become an irreplaceable team member described as reliable, professional, and amiable by team members and clients alike, who are consistently impressed with her expertise in agency leasing and transaction management as her team works numerous exclusive listings and corporate mandates for retail occupiers and landlords across Western Canada.
