Every year, BOMA Edmonton hosts its highly anticipated Brokers Forum. This year, you’ll walk away with a fantastic overview of each sub-sector. INDUSTRIAL
Bronwyn Scrivens, Vice President, Industrial Services, JLL
Bronwyn is a Vice President of Industrial Services at JLL with over 10 years of commercial and real estate experience specializing in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of industrial assets around the greater Edmonton region and province of Alberta. She is a graduate of Cornell University with a major in commercial real estate studies.
Bronwyn prides herself on her strong industry involvement; she sits on the Board of Directors and is the Education Chair with NAIOP, she is the Vice President for the SIOR Western Canadian Chapter, and is the incoming Canadian Regional Director for SIOR. Through this industry involvement and her thought leadership, she has been the recipient of numerous industry and business awards.
Bronwyn spends her spare time writing a monthly commercial real estate blog, playing hockey, golfing and traveling the world whenever possible.

Cory Wosnack, Principal & Managing Director, Avison Young
With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Cory Wosnack is a Principal and Managing Director at Avison Young. As one of the province's most active real estate advisors, Cory has completed many of the industry’s most influential transactions. Cory has been a member of Avison Young’s Circle of Excellence ten times ‐ a distinction awarded to the firm’s top performers worldwide.
As a member of Avison Young’s Global Executive Committee, Cory has been honoured to help in the implementation of the firm’s strategic plan during its most transformative years, becoming the world’s fastest growing real estate services company.
Cory has a never-ending passion to be involved in community and not-for-profit organizations. Recent board appointments include the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, the Mental Health Foundation, and NorQuest College.

Jane Pascal, Vice President, Investments, Marcus & Millichap
Jane Pascal is the Vice President of Investments at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap. Since joining her partners in 2017, Jane has established an exceptional record of success, overseeing the acquisition and disposition of more than $2 billion in multifamily properties and land sales throughout British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
Jane’s expertise is highlighted by her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to navigate complex challenges for her clients. Her deep knowledge of the sales process, combined with a commitment to clear communication and thorough transaction due diligence, has made her a key player in the real estate industry.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jane is an active contributor to the real estate community. She serves on the Board of Directors for Edmonton CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) as the Education Chair. Her dedication and leadership have earned her recognition as an Outstanding Young Leader within the Canadian Real Estate Conferences.
Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta.
RETAIL
May Cuan, Partner, Omada Commercial
May Cuan is a Partner with Omada Commercial. She specializes in retail leasing and sales, working on behalf of clients to achieve their long-term real estate goals. She commenced her real estate career with Colliers International in 2015 and has been with Omada Commercial since its inception. Prior to brokerage, May was a senior sales associate for seven years with a national fashion retailer, Aritzia.
May’s focus is to cultivate trust and strong relationships with clients. She strategically assists Tenant clients by identifying prominent real estate and negotiating advantageous lease terms for Tenants to gain market share and expand across Western Canada. May represents national retailers in categories such as Quick Serve Restaurants, Specialty Foods, and General Retail. For Landlords, she represents independent owners, developers, real estate investment trusts and management firms to successfully lease assets that span from mixed-use buildings, shopping centres, power centres and more.
May has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction from the University of Alberta. She sits on the Edmonton Downtown Business Association’s, Business Recruitment Committee. Born in Havana, Spanish is her first language. She’s an avid traveller, cross-country skier, backcountry hiker, and enjoyer of all things food.
