Office - Presented by Cory Wosnack of Avison Young
With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Cory Wosnack is a Principal and Managing Director at Avison Young. As one of the province's most active real estate advisors, Cory has consistently completed many of the industry’s most influential transactions. Industrial - Presented by Randi Burton of Colliers
Randi Burton is a Senior Associate with Colliers International specializing in industrial sales and leasing here in Edmonton and the surrounding area. Through her time in the industry Randi has developed relationships with numerous prominent Landlords and Tenants by helping her clients achieve their desired outcomes. Since the pandemic’s disruption, she has worked with her clients to navigate a constantly changing environment and find balanced deals in an unbalanced market. Randi is also a Board Member with Edmonton CREW. As the Chair of their Future Leaders Committee, she is passionate about encouraging a diverse and welcoming industry for future generations.
Retail - Afsar Khurshed of Colliers
Afsar is the Retail Division lead at Colliers Internationals Edmonton Office. He helps landlords develop value in retail assets, landowners achieve optimal use of developments, and investors acquire holdings throughout Alberta. Mainly though, he loves expanding current brands in the city as well as bringing new ones for everyone to enjoy. He started with Peter’s Drive In, and has since brought Wayback burgers expansion, Dickeys BBQ, Church’s Chicken and has a few more tricks up his sleeve for this year with a new gaming concept, a sure to please Donut factory that will open next year, and a new credit union entering our market. He also handles all of Suncors/Petro Canada’s surplus land and lease renewals as well in all of Northern Alberta.
Prior to that he was a top performer in Investment Sales at his former firm and works on portfolios, strip malls and multifamily sales.
Investment - Presented by Thomas Chibri of CBRE
Thomas joined CBRE in 2013, where he specializes in Investment sales. As a member of the National Investment Team – Edmonton, he has been involved in $3.4 billion of successful transactions. Thomas is responsible for all multifamily investment sales but also focusses on institutional industrial, office and retail opportunities.
