- Review and reflect on the lived experience of someone experiencing poverty and/or homelessness
- Discuss the impact of stigma and unconscious bias on our interactions with vulnerable people
- Review the impact of colonization and the overrepresentation of Indigenous Communities in experiences of poverty and homelessness
- Review the tips and tricks taught to Boyle Street staff on building trust with vulnerable individuals
- Review de-escalation and triggers as it applies to interaction with vulnerable populations
