Requirements:
An outgoing personality with strong communication skills while interacting with tenants and the public
Work independently and in a team setting
Must be available during regular business hours, but have the ability to work flexible hours if needed
Must have the ability to follow procedures and make quick decisions during emergency situations
Experience is an asset
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a concierge, you will provide a friendly and approachable image as a Representative of both Paladin Security and the client
You will need to assist our team with providing a safe, welcoming and secure environment for tenants and visitors
Provide a high level of customer service, build relationships with frequent visitors, and use a compassion based approach when dealing with situations that occur
Work with Paladin Security to identify areas of customer service, safety or security improvements
Build a strong knowledge of tenants, business, and points of interest both on property and on neighboring properties to support downtown initiatives
Document and report daily activities for incident or statistical purposes
