What to Expect in Your Role:



The portfolio consists of residential, commercial, and agricultural leases throughout Northern Alberta. Within the portfolio you will:

  • Handle day to day operations, lease compliance, and deliver complete building solutions
  • Regularly inspect sites and implement risk limiting measures.
  • Obtain pricing for repairs and maintenance, and capital project work
  • Coordinate services to sites via subcontractors and or internal Edon resources
  • Regularly monitor expenditures to meet budget expectations
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs
  • Periodically travel to Northern Alberta for inspections and meetings
  • Assist with the development/implementation of new processes and procedures
  • Ensure satisfaction of Quality Assurance standards or monthly KPI’s


What You Bring:


  • Previous residential, condominium, or facilities management experience
  • Designations including RECA License, RPA, FMA, or Land Surveyor considered an asset. Willingness to pursue these designations will be supported by Edon.
  • Basic knowledge of land descriptions and residential tenancies act.
  • Familiarity with small facilities building systems (electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, life safety, HVAC, landscaping, snow removal, caretaking, etc.)
  • Knowledge of small project management processes
  • Working knowledge of computer mapping systems (Google Earth, Land Titles, SPIN, legal land surveys, Alberta Township Survey systems (ATS), etc.)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must have a vehicle for regular site checks

  • Providing quality customer service to tenants within the portfolio
