Role Summary
Working at various sites across North West Alberta, we are seeking experienced back hoe and dozer operators for lease builds, lease clean-ups, reclamation and remediation work. Various shift schedules available. Rates dependent on experience and site and start at $34/hr.
Taking direction from and reporting to the Shift Lead, this position involves activities related to operating the equipment listed below on civil earthworks worksite. This will entail being responsible for running and maintaining the equipment for daily operations. Operators will also be expected to perform on-site, labour-based activities when not operating equipment. Versatility, flexibility and a positive attitude are required in this position. The position entails travelling to different job sites sometimes for extended periods of time. It also requires each team member to work well with others in a safe and efficient manner and understands the importance of quality and good communication.
