Emerging Leaders: NextGen Night Mentorship Event

Emerging Leaders: NextGen Night is a high-energy mentorship and networking experience designed to connect students and emerging professionals with established leaders in commercial real estate.

Using a structured speed-networking format, participants will rotate through small-group discussions with industry mentors representing office, retail, industrial, and multi-family sectors. Each round offers a chance to ask questions, gain insight into career pathways, leadership development, and industry trends, and build meaningful professional connections.

The evening concludes with open networking and an introduction to BOMA Edmonton + North’s Mentorship Program, providing a clear pathway for continued engagement and relationship-building beyond the event.

This event is ideal for those looking to expand their network, gain real-world perspective, and take the next step in their commercial real estate journey.
